1. What can I buy at RealFast Drugstore.com?
We provide prescription medications that are currently available in Canada and the United States with a valid prescription written by your attending physician. We also provide over the counter medication. RF Drugstore do not ship any controlled medication or medications that require refrigeration. Please see our Product List.
2. Will you accept returns?
Unfortunately, all sales are final. Due to Canadian pharmacy laws we are unable to accept returns on medications once they have been shipped.
3. How do I get my prescription filled?
Once you have completed all the necessary documentation required to register with our Canadian online pharmacy, you are free to use either of the following two methods to submit your prescription:
a. Have your doctor's office fax your prescription directly to our toll free fax number at 1-888-441-7722
b. Mail your original prescription directly to our offices
4. Can you fill a prescription that has already been filled at another pharmacy?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept prescription transfers from a U.S. Pharmacy. We can however, accept new prescriptions from your attending physician.
5. Do I need to send the Legal Forms each time I place an order?
No. Once you have completed the necessary customer profile release forms and medical history, it is not necessary to resubmit your information.
6. What are my payment options?
RF Drugstore accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and Money Orders issued from your Financial Institution. Please do not send cash, checks or postal money orders, they will not be accepted.

8. Do I need a credit card?
We accept money orders issued from your Financial Institution (postal money orders are not accepted).
9. Do I have to have an email address to place an order?
Although it is helpful, it is not required. A valid telephone number and/or mailing address will suffice.
10. I can’t remember what I recently ordered. How can I check my order?

Please allow 2-3 business days from the time we receive your prescription and 21 days from the shipping date.
13. If my current insurance policy covers prescription. Will you honor my insurance policy?
Unfortunately, we are not able to honor foreign insurance claims or policies. We do however provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your insurance provider. We also offer a yearly statement at a cost of $5.00.
14. Can my information be sold to another company?
No. Any and all information submitted through Go North Pharmacy is strictly confidential in accordance with the pharmacy laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada and will not be shared, sold, or traded to any outside entity. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
15. Can you ship prescriptions to an international address?
This option is available for temporary international addresses. Please contact us for more information.
16. What if I haven't received my order in 21 days?
Please contact an RF Drugstore Customer Service Representative on 1-866-412-6262 to track your package. If it is not received within 21 days and cannot be tracked, RF Drugstore will replace your package at no extra charge. However, if the package did not reach it’s destination due to your providing an incorrect mailing address, or a failure to provide us with a temporary address, we will be charged for a second package to be sent.
17. Can another person’s order be shipped with mine in the same packaging?
Yes, this is possible. Please contact a RF Drugstore customer service representative at 1-866-412-6282 for more information.
18. Are the medications I purchase from Canada the same as the medications I purchase in the United States?
Brand name medications in Canada are bio-equivalent (chemically identical) to brand name medications in the United States. However, some are named differently. In order for a Canadian pharmacy to fill a prescription, a medication must be written using it's Canadian name. RF Drugstore can also provide you with Generic alternatives to brand medications that are not yet available in the U.S., further extending your savings.
19. If I'm a Medicare Part D recipient, but am currently stuck in the coverage gap and I must pay 100% of my drug costs, is it possible to order my medications through your pharmacy?
YES. If you have signed up for Medicare's Part D coverage you are eligible to benefit from our discount prices.
Purchasing your medications through RF Drugstore, when you reach the coverage gap portion of your drug plan is a smart alternative to paying U.S. prices. Even when your coverage stops and you are 100% responsible for paying for your medications, you can still take advantage of our cheap Canadian prices.

21. How do I know you have received my application?
Once you have completed our online form, a customer representative from RF Drugstore will telephone you to confirm your order and application.

You will be charged in Canadian dollars however all pricing on the website is in American dollars.
